    • Commission rate by principle is calculated by multiplying the transaction amount and the commission rate. However, the commission cannot exceed the statutory limit, in case of residences.
    • In case of Wolse, the transaction amount is calculated by the following formula :
      Deposit + (one month rent x 100)
      If the resulting amount is less than 50 million won, then
      Deposit + (one month rent x70) will be the transaction amount.
