장소: ONLINE (Zoom)
On Friday, June 25th (from 10:00am to 12:00pm), Itaewon Global Village Center will host a webinar entitled: “Waste Sorting in Korea” which is provided by the Korean Federation for Environmental Movement (KFEM) to commemorate World Environment Day in June and is part of the Clean & Green Itaewon project.
Korean Federation for Environmental Movement (서울환경연합) is a non-profit, civic group with aims for the values of Peace, Ecology, Participation. This organization is engaged in environmental protection activities, striving for local civil environmental movements to address the ecological and environmental needs of the Seoul area.
Needless to say, waste segregation is very important in protecting the environment. In this seminar, KFEM will be discussing the reality of domestic waste in Korea and the problems concerning waste management. Of course, they will be teaching us how to properly sort waste in Korea. This is a good opportunity for newcomers in Korea to be aware of the proper ways on how to throw trash and recycle. Likewise, it will be an informative session for everyone.
The fee for this class is free of charge but registration is a must. Be sure to register by emailing us your name, nationality, phone number, and questions related to the topics mentioned above. Please send in your questions by June 14th(Mon) before the seminar so that the instructor can prepare ahead of time.
For this webinar, we will be using Zoom. All details will be emailed to you after registration. * Pre-registration is required for this program* (Email: email@example.com)
