On Friday, March 8th, 2:00pm-4:00pm, the Itaewon Global Village Center will hold a “My Nature Sound Mandala Drawing Therapy.” This session will provide participants an opportunity to experience therapy throughout Drawing and Sound to release stress and enhance own mind
My Nature Sound Mandala Drawing Therapy is a new art therapy in which the participants fills vacant space with pictorial symbols while producing his or her individual My Nature Sound. Whatever comes to mind while you are producing your My Nature Sound- figures, lines, patterns, colors, numbers, characters, etc. - can be expressed in physical form through the creation of a Mandala.
The major benefits of My Nature Sound Mandala Therapy are as following;
-Increasing self-respect from discovering the mind’s center
-Improving focus by balancing the mind
-Developing inspiration and creativity throughout the original Mandala process
-Positive physical and psychological effects
This therapy is consisted of two parts.
-Part 1: Sound Therapy (30 minutes)
-Part 2: Mandala Drawing Therapy (1 hour 30 minutes)
Each of the participants will have a post card (A5 size), a permanent marker set (12 colors), a pencil/eraser, drawing rulers and an acrylic easel. Participants can take all the materials home.
The participation fee would be 10,000 won (per person / Cash Only).
