On October 5th~ November 30th every Friday(total 9 days) at 3:30pm-5:30pm,
the Itaewon Global Village Center will hold a “Pilates Course with Pilates-rings and Bands.”
Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing. Pilates exercises are done on a mat with some equipments that the instructor requires throughout the session. All the equipments will be provided.
There's some evidence that Pilates can provide pain relief to people with non-specific lower back pain. Pilates is classed as a muscle-strengthening activity, which can help you maintain a healthy weight. Classes can vary in intensity: they can be gentle or dynamic and offer a solid workout.
The participation fee is 45,000 won(per person/including the whole 9 sessions/Cash Only). You can sign up in person or by email only
