Due to some administrative issues, the schedule for Vinyasa Yoga Course has been changed.
In our February Newsletter, we have announced that the Yoga Course will be on February 21st - March 28th (every Wednesday, 2:00pm-4:00pm).
The schedule has been changed to February 22nd - April 5th (every Thursday, 2:00pm-4:00pm) at Calli Hot Yoga Studio.
We are still accepting applicants for this course. Course description is as follows:
On February 22nd~ April 5th every Thursday (total six days) at 2:00pm-4:00pm, the Itaewon Global Village Center will hold a “Vinyasa Yoga Course” Participants will have a chance to learn about another type of Yoga.
Translated from Sanskrit, Vinyasa means “to place in a special way.” Vinyasa Yoga connects one posture to the next using the breath. This can be thought of as linking or flowing into postures which is sometimes why it’s called “Flow Yoga”.
Vinyasa yoga benefits include increased flexibility, mental focus, cardiovascular conditioning, calorie-burn and muscle development. One of the most substantial benefits of Vinyasa Yoga is its ability to calm the mind. Yoga, including Vinyasa, helps teach your body how to mitigate the stress response by using the breath and mental focus.
The participation fee is 30,000 won(per person/for the whole session/Cash Only). This class will be held at Calli Hot Yoga Studio, near Hyochang Park Station. You can sign up in person or by email only.
