|제목||Dakgangjeong and Kimbap Cooking Class|
|Two of the most favorite street foods in Korea are “Dakgangjeong” and “Kimbap.” Dakgangjeong is Korean deep-fried crispy chicken coated in a sweet & spicy sticky sauce. It is derived from two Korean words: “Dak” (chicken) and “gangjeong” (fried snack). “Kimbap” is a Korean sushi roll, derived from two words: kim (seaweed laver) and bap (rice).
Your Korean experience won’t be complete without tasting these two amazingly delicious street foods! But to make it more memorable, how about learning how to cook it by yourself and then later on cook it for your family or friends?
On February 26th (Tuesday), from 10:00am-12:00pm, Itaewon Global Village Center will be hosting a group cooking class for foreign residents. Through this class, we will learn the step-by-step process on how to spice up your ordinary fried chicken by putting a Korean twist to it. Also, know the basics of rolling… the rice on a nori seaweed, Korean style. Experience all of this for only 12,000won.
If you want to be a part of the fun cooking class and make friends along the way, register now! Email us your name, nationality and phone number. Pre-payment is required. The class will be held in a cooking near Ehwa Women’s University.
