On Friday, May 20th, 10:00am-12:00pm, the Itaewon Global Village Center will hold a Hanji Doll Class.
Participants will make ONE female doll wearing a colorful Hanbok (Korean traditional dress) with multicolored stripes. Anyone can easily make the doll by pasting hanji (Korean traditional paper) on it. The process to make the doll is fun and joyful.
The teacher for this class is from “Daol Hanji Doll” which is a famous organization for making hanji doll. Currently, only a few artisans can make a hanji doll, but this organization created an easy way to make the doll. This hanji doll is not only traditional but also modern, so people of all ages like the doll.
The participation fee for the class is 11,000won. You can sign up in person or by email only.
