|From September 25th~ November 20th every Wednesday (total 8 days) from 2:30pm-4:30pm, (except for October 9th: Hangeul-nal) the Itaewon Global Village Center will hold a “Pilates Course for Beginners using Mini gym ball and Latex band Part#2.”
Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing. Pilates exercises are done on a mat with some equipments that the instructor requires throughout the session. All the equipments will be provided.
There's some evidence that Pilates can provide pain relief to people with non-specific lower back pain. Pilates is classed as a muscle-strengthening activity, which can help you maintain a healthy weight. Classes can vary in intensity: it can be gentle or dynamic but it'll surely be a solid workout.
We will be waiting for you to join and have meaningful experience while learning what Pilates is.
Mat, mini gym ball and latex band will be provided. Participants will need to prepare own gym clothes.
The participation fee is 40,000 won (per person/for the whole 8 sessions/Cash Only). You can sign up in person or by email only
