|On Tuesday, October 8th from 10:00am-12:00pm, Itaewon Global Village Center will hold a class on "Korean Calligraphy" at the National Museum of Korea in celebration of "Hangeul Day".
Hangeul Day is celebrated in Korea annually on the 9th of October. It is the day to commemorate the invention and proclamation of Hangeul (Korean Alphabet).
Through this class, participants will get to practice their hangeul (Korean Alphabet) writing skills plus you will learn how to write beautifully using the traditional Korean brush. Lastly, all participants will be writing a word or their name on a Korean traditional scroll which you can use as home decor or give to your friends as a gift.
You don't need to be fluent in Korean to join this class! Instructors will be there to help you.
The fee for this class is 5,000won/scroll. To register, email us your name, nationality, phone number and email address. Complete details will be emailed to you after the registration. (*pre-payment is required!)
