|On July 20th~ August 19th every Monday and Wednesday(total 10 days) at 11:20am-12:20pm, the Itaewon Global Village Center will hold “Online Pilates Course for Beginners #2” for health of foreign residents in this Summer.
Morning workout is recommended for body to be balanced and right posture for a day. There are overloaded recorded work-out videos online in fine quality, but if you feel like you are not part of it, I suggest you to consider trying this course. The fact that you are not alone doing an exercise will motivate you during the session.
This course is for beginners who want to try daily Pilates at home twice a week in the morning.
Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing. Participants will need to prepare own mat at home. No other equipment will be needed.
-11:20~11:30(10mins) online connection/audio/screen checking and say hello
-11:30~12:10(40mins) Pilates session
-12:10~12:20(10mins) wrap-ups and QnA/notification
