|Subject||Hanji Doll Making Class II|
On Friday, September 2nd, 10:00am-12:00pm, the Itaewon Global Village Center will hold a Hanji Doll Making Class.
Participants will make ONE male doll wearing a colorful Hanbok (Korean traditional costume). Anyone can easily make the doll by pasting hanji (Korean traditional paper) on the doll. The process to make the doll is fun and joyful.
In May, we held a hanji doll making class to make a female doll. Thanks to the participants’ request to hold another hanji doll class to make a male doll, we are organizing this class.
The teacher for this class is from “Daol Hanji Doll” which is a famous organization for making hanji doll. Currently, only a few artisans can make a hanji doll, but this organization created an easy way to make the doll. This hanji doll is not only traditional but also modern, so people of all ages like the doll.
The participation fee for the class is 11,000won. You can sign up in person or by email only.
This program is only for foreigners.
