|Start your day by stretching those muscles! How do you stay healthy this winter? Itaewon Global Village Center will host the “Yoga at Home for Beginners” to be held every Wednesday and Friday on February 24th ~ March 12th from 10:30am-11:30am.
Yoga is a great practice to build strength, endurance, and flexibility. Whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years, if you're interested in learning more about yoga or wanting to get back into yoga, sign up for our six one-hour beginner classes. Instructor Jennifer Cho will be leading this time. She is a Yoga Alliance RYT from the US and has practiced yoga for the last 15 years.
We'll start with the basic poses and postures with the proper alignment while learning to connect the movement to our breath. All levels welcome! You will need to have your own yoga mat for the class.
