|Subject||Culinary Culture of Korea|
On Friday, November 11th, 2:00pm-4:00pm, the Itaewon Global Village Center will hold a “Culinary culture of Korea” in collaboration with National Hangeul Museum. Participants will be making Korean traditional deserts and tea for summer.
This session will cover exploring exhibitions, related relics, and collections at the National Hangeul Museum. After watching a short video about the session, participants will make two kinds of deserts based on traditional recipes.
All the recipes are from “Eumsikdimibang” which is the first cookbook written in Hangeul. For this reason, it is difficult to find the same deserts in the market.
This can be a great opportunity for you to experience Korean traditional tea foods and sweets. The class is free of charge. You can sign up in person or by email only.
