Job Description 1.Design/Conduct/Develop Corporate Training Programs

2.Train corporate employees to develop their international business competencies including business manner, communication skills, cross-cultural understanding

3.Working time:
A.40 hours per week (e.g. 9 am to 6 pm/10 am to 7 pm)
B.Weekend / national holidays are off.
Job Requirement 1.Language: Native-level proficiency in written and spoken English with no visible strong accent

2.Education & Business Career: A or B
A.BA degree + Business Career 2y over
B.BA degree + MA degree

3.Origin: Persons with birth and/or upbringing in English language culture sphere (North America, Western Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and other)

4.VISA: Applicants must have a) undergraduate degree AND b) proof of at least one year’s work experience or master’s degree.

A.Proficiency in Korean language
B.Academic background (major) in education, education technology, business administration/management, marketing, psychology, social studies, or other fields deemed relevant

6.Others: Applicants must first meet and agree to contractual terms and condition and convey intent to work to IBCA prior to being considered for final application and extension of job offer.
