“All about Mindfulness”
Are you stressed? Feeling overwhelmed? Depressed? Tired and want to try something new?
If you are feeling one of the above or interested in trying something new, please join the lecture on mindfulness.
Mindfulness involves enhancing awareness of present surrounding. It has been hot topic, especially in Psychology and Health fields. Also, recent studies show positive influences of practicing mindfulness, such as reduced stress, increased productivity and life satisfaction.
The lecture will introduce mindfulness, how you can practice and cultivate mindfulness. Come and join the event to find out more about mindfulness!
