On Friday, April 21st, 10:00am~ 12:00pm, the Itaewon Global Village Center will hold a seminar on “Intermittent Fasting and the Ketogenic Diet” The instructor, David Choi, is the founder of a health food company, “Biome Foods”
(biomefoods.kr), which specializes in health food products that optimize gastrointestinal health and the gut microbiome. He is also a Personal Trainer for high-level executives and an actor and filmmaker.
Participants will learn about the latest and greatest developments in nutritional science so that you can kickstart your own personal life-long journey to achieving optimal health. While there's no such thing as a magic pill to lose weight and get healthy, you can start to discover your own physiology and understand the mechanisms by which your body stores and burns fat and how to prevent, treat and even reverse various metabolic diseases/disorders including Type II Diabetes, hypertension, cancer and much more.
Armed with the knowledge of using healing foods as medicine and which foods to avoid, you can begin to hack and repair your body using fasting techniques and ketogenic diet foods to improve your gut health, effectively burn off excess fat and build lean muscle.
