On Friday, June 2nd, 1:00pm-3:00pm, the Itaewon Global Village Center will hold a “Hand Drip Coffee Class” The class will give participants an opportunity to make a hand drip coffee. This class is for beginners, so do not hesitate to enroll the class due to your concern of your own skill or dexterity.
You will learn about the main hand drip devices; kalita, hario, kono, chemex and theory of coffee.
Manual coffee-making methods are becoming an increasingly popular option for home enthusiasts and coffee shop baristas alike. The abilities to control every variable in the brewing process, create a cup that's exactly suited to one's preferences, and highlight the unique character of the coffee has convinced many to make the switch. This new popularity has prompted the birth of several new methods and devices, as well as the resurrection of older methods. Don’t miss the chance to make a hand drip coffee by yourself. The fee would be 15,000 won (per person). The venue of this class will be near Hapjeong Station. Specific details will be emailed to you once you have made your payment.
