Job Description Ask Ajumma is looking for someone to fulfill English language requests and provide great customer service experience for expats and visitors in Korea. Applicants MUST also be fluent in Korean. You will need to have strong communication skills, computer skills (fast typers a plus), be able to multi-task and have the ability to empathize with our customers to get them exactly what they need, even when it seems impossible.

Ask Ajumma is a virtual concierge service where you send us a text message to get anything you want in Korea, hassle free. Order dinner, flowers, groceries, make reservations, furniture, clothes, hotels, car service, housekeepers, handymen, virtually anything (legal of course).
