On July 14, 21, 28 14:00pm-15:30pm, the Itaewon Global Village Center will hold a “Art Class for Children: Journey to European Museums through Art” The class will give participants an opportunity to learn imagination, color sense and basic drawing skills from masterpieces of European masters. This class will become a gateway to widen children’s vision not only arts but also other cultures.
Day 1: Be a little Gough (Drawing)
Children will learn about the Dutch artist Van Gough’s world of colors and learn how to use the colors through coloring activities.
Day 2: Be a little Magritte (Collage & Painting)
Belgian artist Rene Magritte is known for Magician of Dreams and Perception. During this class, children will be reminded about their dreams and together, create surreal work using Collage and Painting.
Day 3: Be a little Picasso (Collage & Painting)
Learn about the Spanish artist Pablo Picasso’s works and create an object which can express their feelings through drawing own face.
These three classes make up the short course on art for children. From the day 1 to day 3, children will learn how to use colors, draw and be imaginative. This class is both for beginners and who has experience in arts, so do not hesitate to enroll the class due to your concern of children’s own skill or experience.
Don’t miss the chance to let your children be inspired by Art world of European masters. This class is aimed at Children aged 6 to 12. The fee would be 45,000 won (for 3 sessions/ all materials are included).
