On August 16th~ September 27th every Wednesday (total seven days) at 2:00pm-4:00pm, the Itaewon Global Village Center will hold a “Pilates Course for beginners.” Participants will have a chance to learn about Pilates.
Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing. Pilates exercises are done on a mat with some equipments that the instructor requires throughout the session. All the equipments will be provided.
There's some evidence that Pilates can provide pain relief to people with non-specific lower back pain. Pilates is classed as a muscle-strengthening activity, which can help you maintain a healthy weight. Classes can vary in intensity: they can be gentle or dynamic and offer a solid workout.
We will be waiting for you to join and have meaningful experience learning what Pilates is.
This class will be held at Cheongpadong Community Center (near Sookmyeong Women’s University Station). The participation fee is 35,000 won (per person/ for the whole session/Cash Only).
