|Subject||Coffee Liquer Making Class|
On Friday, September 15th, 10:00am~12:00pm, the Itaewon Global Village Center will hold Coffee Liqueur Making Class. The class will give participants an opportunity to learn to make DIY Kahlúa.
What is Kahlúa?
Made from an expert combination of coffee, rum, corn syrup and vanilla bean (which is another tradition Mexican ingredient), Kahlúa is a sweet and rich coffee-flavored liqueur that adds a kick to any cocktail and is the perfect after-dinner tipple. However, it is this combination of several typically Mexican ingredients that means, from start to finish, a bottle of Kahlúa takes up to seven years to produce, principally due to growing and harvesting of the coffee beans used to give it that signature coffee kick.
** Please note that you can pick up your Kahlúa from the Itaewon global Village Center after 2 weeks of fermentation period **
The fee would be 22,000 won (All materials are included). You can sign up in person or by email only. (Only Foreigners can join this program). The venue of this event will be at “9-road Workshop” (near Itaewon). Specific details will be emailed to you once you have made your payment.
