From October 18th to November 29th, every Wednesday (total 7 times), 2:00pm-4:00pm, Itaewon GVC will organize “Flying Yoga Course for Beginners.”
Flying Yoga is also called “Anti-gravity yoga or Aerial yoga,” as it combines the traditional yoga poses, pilates and dance with the use of a special kind of hammock which can support up to 300 kilos of weight. You don't need to be an acrobat to learn. This class is for beginners, so feel free to join us and enjoy Flying Yoga. If this is your first time, it is a unique opportunity to experience a new thing.
The class will be held at Flying Yoga Training Center, “Calli Hot Yoga(캘리핫요가)” which is located near Hyochang Park Station. The facility contains shower room and changing room. (*Only women can use the shower room as the facility is originally for women).
The instructor, Ms. Song is a professional Yoga and Pilates instructor. She can speak English and Japanese, and the course will be taught in English.
The participation fee is 40,000 won(for the whole session per person/Cash Only). You can sign up in person or by email only
