Hi,

I now am in my home country working.  I used to work in Korea and paid into the national medical insurance there.  I remember paying into long-term health care for years.  I found out by the medical insurance office (in the government) that the long-term health care would be beneficial for all who retire in Korea.  That long-term health care contribution that we make or made would enable us, at retirement, to get prescriptions for free or most of it....

Now if some expats like me don't think of going back to Korea, can we get reimbursed for those contributions since we won't be benefitting from them at retirement?

Thanks,

Train
