On Friday, January 19th, 3:00pm-5:00pm, the Itaewon Global Village Center will hold a “Korean Traditional Rice Wine: Dongdongju making class.” Participants will experience making and tasting Dongdongju which is a type of Korean traditional rice wine.
In this class, you will learn how to brew dongdongju and taste different types of Korean wine. Also, a bottle of dongdongju(200ml) will be given to all participants after the class. Unlike ordinary dongdongju that you can easily find in the supermarket, this dongdongju has an extraordinary scent and taste.
The venue of the class is near Gyeongbokgung station (Line 3). The participation fee for the class is 25,000 won. You can sign up in person or by email only.
