|On Tuesday, February 27th, 10:00am-12:00pm, will be taking a trip to the National Museum of Korea for a relaxing drawing class, “Korean Traditional Painting Class.” Participants will have an opportunity to paint Korean traditional painting on square wooden drawing board covered with Hanji (Korean traditional paper).
Korean Traditional Painting so called ‘Hangukwha’ is dated to approximately 108 AD.
This session consists of three steps as following.
Step 1: Concept and brief background explanation about Hangukwha
Step 2: Learning about Hangukwha painting techniques
Step 3: Sketch & Paint Hangukwha by own
Some works will be given as examples to choose, and instructors will be there to assist you when professional help is needed. This class will let you learn from the beginning, so there is no need to worry even if you are not artistic.
The participation fee is 4,000 won(per person/Cash Only). You can sign up in person or by email only
