제목 Vegan Cheese Making Class (FULL)
On Tuesday, April 17th, 10:00am-12:00pm, Itaewon Global Village Center will hold a “Vegan Cheese Making Class.”
We know cheese to be a dairy product, but it doesn’t have to be. In this class, we can learn about an alternative cheese product that is completely dairy-free and vegan. It is entirely plant-based and believe it or not vegan cheese doesn’t necessarily require complex processing methods. You will be surprised how easy vegan cheese is to make!
In this demonstration class, we will learn how to make some easy and tasty varieties of cheese made of nuts and seeds: Boursin style cashew cheese, baked almond feta cheese, nut free soy cream cheese and parmesan sprinkles with nuts. After the class, we will get to enjoy them with crackers and fresh veggies.
 The venue of the class is at Itaewon GVC. The participation fee is 10,000 won. You can sign up in person or by email only.
