This month at the Itaewon·Hannam Global Village Center our Korean cultural experience event will be making Korean rice cake called ddok. There are many different varieties of ddok, but the kind we will be making is called Baram Ddok. It is made by folding the rice cake into various shapes and the filling is a sweet red bean paste.
Making ddok is a lot of fun and it is a delicious treat. Anyone who is interested is welcome to join in, and parents are encouraged to bring their children along too. You will also be able to take home the ddok that you make to share with family and friends. Details for the Ddok Making Class:
