‘Zero Pay Seoul’ is a mobile direct payment system that allows making payments by scanning
a QR code.
Consumers using this service are given incentives such as a deduction in their income tax and
various benefits when using public facilities. Small businesses are exempt from transaction fees.
Step 1 : Install a direct payment app that allows payments with ‘Zero Pay’ such as Npay, Payco, Liiv,
BANK PAY, Shinhan Bank, Woori Bank, K-bank, etc. and register your bank account.
Step 2 : When buying a product from a Zero Pay affiliated vendor, scan their QR code on your payment app.
Step 3 : Input the amount of your payment, then your password and you are done!
