2019 - 3rd Term Korean Class Registration

In order to help foreign residents settle and lead a steady life in Seoul, Seoul Global Center offers Korean Language classes at different levels.
Depending on applicants' purpose, we offer TOPIK Preparation Classes and regular courses as well. Marriage immigrants, foreigner laborers, international students as well as many others are participating in this program for free. If you are willing to learn Korean language in a free and friendly environment, don't forget to check below schedule for applications.

Class Schedule

- TOPIK Preparation Course : September 19th (Thu) ~ November 14th (Thu) / 8 weeks
- Regular Course : September 18th (Wed) ~ December 12th (Thu) / 12 weeks

Application Process

- Queue Numbers Distribution on first come, first served basis (1F) → Placement Test (9F) →    Application (9F)
※ Apply in person, first come first served

Placement Test Exemption Criteria

- OPIK Preparation Course : TOPIK Level 1 holders (beginner), Level 2-3 holders (intermediate),
   4-6 holders (advanced) (test must be taken within the last 2 years)
- Regular course : Those who have completed previous term's courses, those who wish to achieve
   1A level skills

Curriculum (refer to timetable at https://bit.ly/32ZCWr3)

- TOPIK Preparation Course : Beginner (Level 1~2), Intermediate (Level 3~4), Advanced (Level 5~6)
- Regular Course : Sogang Korean 1A - 1B - 2A - 2B - 3A – 3B – 4A

Eligible Applicants

- TOPIK Preparation Class : Foreigners who are taking 67th TOPIK test (2019.11.17.)
- Regular Course : Foreign residents
※ Foreign residents whose visas are due to expire before the end of the term, short-term visa holders    (B-1, B-2, C-3, C-4) and minors (born after 2000) are NOT eligible to apply.

Course Fee Free of Charge (Textbook purchased individually)

Required Documents

- ID Card (Alien Registration Card, Passport or Resident Card)
- one identification photo
- TOPIK certificate (taken in the last 2 years, if available)
