The minimum wage for 2026 is 10,320 KRW per hour, which represents a 2.9% increase compared to the 2025 minimum wage of 10,030 KRW.

The minimum monthly wage (based on 40 hours per week, including 8 hours of paid weekly holiday) is 2,156,880 KRW before tax.
