1.Get vaccinated against COVID-19 2.Get tested even if asymptomatic 3.Wear a face mask, covering your mouth and nose Stay unmasked for as short as possible while eating when indoors, etc. 4.Wash your hands with soap under running water for 30 seconds Cover your coughs and sneezes with your sleeve 5.Ventilate at least three times a day for 10 minutes each Disinfect high-touch surfaces at least once a day 6.Meet with as few people and as short as possible 7.Seek medical attention if symptomatic and stay at home with minimum contact with others 8.Refrain from conversations and phone calls in public places (e.g. public transit) 9.Use hand sanitizers as often as possible 10.Wear a face mask in outdoor situations if crowded or confined to limited space
